These terms govern your use of karrigroup.com, including its chat assistant (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

Karri Group is a pre-launch vendor building apps for the Atlassian ecosystem. The Site is a marketing and support site, not a licensed Atlassian Marketplace app in itself.

2. The Site is provided "as is"

The Site, including the chat assistant, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a pre-launch company, our products, roadmap, and the information on this Site may change without notice.

3. The chat assistant

The chat assistant answers questions about Karri Group using an AI model and information we provide it. It can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, or technical advice, and nothing it says constitutes a binding offer or commitment by Karri Group.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or chat assistant for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site in a way that violates these terms or applicable law;
• Submit content through the chat assistant that is harmful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Karri Group name, logo, and Site content are owned by Karri Group or its licensors. You may not use them without our permission, except as needed to fairly reference or link to the Site.

6. Third-party services

The chat assistant uses OpenAI's API to generate responses. Your use of the chat assistant is also subject to OpenAI's own terms governing that service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karri Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information it provides, including responses generated by the chat assistant.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Karri Group and its products evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
